Jeanette Ladores, RN, CHC, LMT, CYT
Jeanette Ladores (she/her) has been a practicing Registered Nurse specializing in Acute/Critical Care since 1996. Her lifelong interest in holistic and alternative medicine, first kindled by time spent in the Philippine Islands as a young child, followed by growing up on a horse farm in Northern New Jersey surrounded by animals, led her to explore various Touch Therapy and Energy Techniques including Reiki, which she trained and apprenticed in through the third level.
In 2005, Jeanette earned her 900 hour certification in Massage Therapy through the Myotherapy Institute of Massage. In 2006, Jeanette opened a successful private practice catering to special needs clientele as well as renewed her martial arts training in a form of Filipino Martial Arts called Pekiti Tirsia Kali. Kali is a highly effective, indigenous fighting art from the Philippines used by law enforcement, elite special forces around the world, and is highly applicable to self defense beyond its deep cultural roots.
Jeanette currently holds the rank of Mandala within the Pekiti Tirsia Kali System. She is the Director of New Jersey for the Pekiti Tirsia Kali World Federation (PTKWF), as well as Co-Director of the North East for the Pekiti Tirsia Tactical Association (PTTA).
She continues to work within the acute and critical care setting at Westchester Medical Center, alongside her private wellness practice.

Strengthen Module
In this module, learn physical and meditative practices to strengthen the body/mind, and empower the spirit.

Drawing from her study of Indigenous fighting arts, and practice of Integrated health and wellness, The Strengthen module, is divided into three sections, focusing in-depth on each area of the mind/body/spirit continuum, helping you develop more empowerment, strength, and confidence in your life.
Class 1: Body
Body focuses on Health and Wellness utilizing practices from Filipino Indigenous arts and applying Jeanette’s philosophy of Sustainable Action to strengthen your physical being.
Class 2: Mind
In Mind, learn and apply techniques and tools to strengthen motivation, personal boundaries, and awareness.
Class 3: Spirit
Spirit helps you expand your positive attitude, reduce stress, and strengthen confidence through the moving, breath-centered practices and principles shared within.
Strengthen Coaching Add-On: One-on-One Coaching with Jeanette
Three 50 min sessions
In these sessions, we will explore your personal strengthening goals, and create sustainable steps and actions to best achieve them utilizing a holistic approach. Sessions are best scheduled after you have completed the Strengthen module.
